Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or shipping confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds may be approved for damaged products, wrong items, or cancelled orders before dispatch. Please contact support with your order ID and photos of the issue.
Perishable products delivered in proper condition may not be eligible for refunds. This includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and similar items that have been delivered as described.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
